Order processing

Orders are processed within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. CERYNA ships by courier only and does not offer local or in-store pickup.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after your order is dispatched. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Tracking information will be sent when your order ships.

Shipping rates and availability

Available shipping methods, destinations, and charges are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and order.

Delivery delays

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Shipping address

Please review the shipping address carefully before placing your order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact admin@cerynas.com as soon as possible. We may be unable to change an address after the order has been handed to the carrier.
