30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety, panties, hosiery and stockings, swimwear bottoms, and any intimate apparel that has been opened, worn, tried on, washed, or had a protective liner or hygiene seal removed cannot be returned. These items are final sale, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

How to request a return

Email admin@cerynas.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please wait for return authorization and instructions before sending anything. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For approved returns from within the United States, CERYNA will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid return label. For returns from outside the United States, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable shipping service.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact admin@cerynas.com promptly with your order number and photographs so we can review the issue.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
